When we are in TRNC we have Telsim mobile phone cards that we use and I was wondering if they will work in Turkey.

I know it is a long shot but there may just be someone out there who has tried this.

I am asking because my daughter and her pal are off to Marmaris tomorrow and we thought they might be able to use our TRNC phones rather than UK mobiles which are expensive for calls.

They do not work as they are. I do not know if you can activate them to work though!

hi me

yes telsim will work over here in marmaris but it will still act like its roaming so make sure she gets enuf credits or even better tell her to buy a turkcell chip when she is over here to use if they need a hand or to be shown the sights get in contact with me and ill be glad to help out!!! lol
