May I make a suggestion in respect of people trading in property and Estate Agents North Cyprus I would like to suggest that any "Agents" placing Ads for property whether it be property sales or for letting, that they quote that they are "Trading" along with their Official Estate Agency Registration Number. For every Forum listing a fee of £5- should be paid into the Cyprus44 coffers to help pay for the running costs! This would help the management costs and prevent unregistered Agents from illegally trading. Would this be welcome by members?

Potenially, this could raise quite a lot of money, either for the running costs of the Forum or for a charity voted for by its members. Incidentally, does the Forum get sufficient funds in from its' members? Should we all make a small donation?

Also meant to say...... when we advertise items for sale, should a nominal fee of £1 be payable? Very small amounts of money would not deter people from advertising but could do such a lot of good. Bet I get shot down in flames for this posting. Ah, well, skin of a rhinocerous and all that.....

I really do think it is an opportunity to regulate the trade listings and at the same time get much some needed income to help the forum administrative costs ...
