I think they usually have lights with them.

Try superhome in the south they had some last time we were there and they were much cheaper than any we had seen here.

They stock loads of fans and stuff so they may have what your looking for?

Electrokur do a basic fan with no light. We bought one a couple of years ago and it was about 70TL then.
