| I now have couple of slots available for advanced Turkish Lessons for those who have done the preliminary beginner's course or who already have some vocabulary / practical speech practice. This is for those who can understand but find it difficult to speak Turkish properly. The charges are: 1 Hr. sessions30 TL per person, if attending once a week - 25 TL per person if attending more than once a week. 1.5 Hr. sessions cost 35 TL per person. Discount price for couples attending together 35 TL (total) for 1 hr session, and 50TL (total) for each 1.5 hr session. | nn The colonial days were over long time ago - "nowadays" is no more! For example, most old school big time gamblers from Turkey do not speak English - the same goes for quite a few in N. Cyprus, hence I have many casino workers who are making great efforts to learn Turkish. You do have a point though, although most of my students are not English, they all speak English to a certain degree. Except those of the Turkic nations from former Soviet Union (USSR), whose second language is Russian and they rather learn Turkish in TRNC. Glad to be of service nn Also!
