Short term holiday rental required (North Cyprus)

Hi all



Have lost my previous thread but hope someone can help me find a short term 1 month apartment / villa for up to 4 people around March / April 2012 any location as we have a car so as long as it is within 30 minute drive of Kyrenia ?



Please where possible include prices inclusive of water and electric per calender month.

Hi knightrider. I am afraid I can not help you with finding a short term rental. However as far as finding an earlier thread you have posted on, one way would be to click on your own name on the left of your post above, or from the main screen where it lists all members currently loged in near the top of the page. From that link there is a list of the last so many posts you have made, and it can be a way of finding threads you have posted on before, provided they have not dropped off the bottom of the list so to speak. Hope that is of some use in the future.

Hi, I have a centrally heated villa in Zeytinlik that sleeps 6. 10 mins from central Kyrenia.

Like your dad's photo knightrider, why not yours up there?

Can be available for rent at this time but a bit dubious about 4 people out for a month who could use megga amounts of electricity and gas if it gets cold.

You want an all inclusive price.

Happy to do meter readings and agree pricing before rental starts

I have a 3 bedroom villa to rent can accomodate 4 people easily. it is bahceler, iskele area (close to Famagust a bogaz) there is acommunal pool and nice grass garden.

it is £ 200 per week during the period you asked for

I have three bed apartment in Lapta which would be £150pw inc bills in March rising to £250pw in April



I order to work out the price I would need your dates as you straddle two pricing periods

If you wanted something larger I have a superb villa above Escape which is normally £450 pw in March - 4 bed en suite



If you wanted it for a full month in March I would do it for £350pw
