Any one know who is selling the new apartments near the five finger holiday bungalows. They have dark wooden windows and look a bit like ottoman style.

Deniz 1 they have been under constuction fo awhile .I think you will find the builder is the same guy who built Sweetwaterbay.Dont no the name of the company

I have a feeling that there may be some sort of title dispute. Perhaps part Turkish and part exchange land

I do not have any facts, so I may be wrong. Just tread carefully

Lots of the residents were refused PTP because they are Pre 74 Turkish Title. Shame because in a good location and well designed.
