I have now read a few discussions on snagging prices on this forum and I have even seen quotes as low as 25 euros!!!! This is a total nonsense for a professional survey of this kind!



Take heed, you have to appoint a qualified snaggiing inspector who knows about building regs if you want the job done properly as anything less would be a total sham and not be worth the paper its written on. I have now done a bit of research and here in the uk the average cost is well over £220 per apartment. In Cyprus I found this site http://www.sitesnaggiing.co.uk who offer a service in Cyprus so expect to pay £200 - £300 for a 2 bed flat.



You have been warned! Pay peanuts and you will get monkeys!

As far as I'm aware, Stuart Hillard is the only qualified chartered surveyor on this side of the island.
