I would like a fully furnished apartment, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Needed for at least 2 years from the start of September. Access to swimming pool desirable.

Hello,

I have a condo in Turtle Bay Village which is in Esentepe. It is on the 2nd floor so you will have to walk up stairs to get to it. There are 6 pools in the complex and one is heated. Asking monthly price is $1200 USD. This condo looks over the Mediterranean Sea. It is furnished, has a fully fitted ,TV, DVD player, A/C in bedrooms and living areas, and clothing washer. Hi Alia you need to take a reality check you will not get anywhere near $1200 per month for your condo for a long term rental, I doubt you will get even half that - where did you get your rental estimate from?

Possibly you would get that money for holiday rentals during July & August but long term is different.
