During the day a more relaxed attitude to dress is the norm but in the evening you definitely need to be a bit smarter or risk the embarrassment of being turned away. Not that I have ever been in one.

Most don't seem to like open toe shoes/sandals for men but tailored shorts are usually ok with a smart shirt.

I believe the minimum age is 26. We took a friends 21 year old son with passport to the Jasmin. We were told the minimum age is 26.
