£150 per day does sound high ! i'm paying my gardener 50 YTL per day and he works like a Trojan !! Cant see any reason why a cleaner should be paid higher than a gardener (unskilled and all that)..... Nick

Hi Nick, I don,t think you could expect anyone to do a builders clean for 50ytl, it really is hard work, I know because we did our own, the state the builders leave the property in really is awful. Having said that I do think £150 per day seems a bit steep.

To do a proper job for a builders clean you will need at least two or three people working at the premises. Also cleaning materials etc would have to be supplied. I used Belshore and got a very good service, telephone Suleyman 05338 616971.

scappy £150 for a builders clean ( 3 beds ) is very good value 2 people 8 hours =16 hours + cleaning materials. Good value for money in my opinion keeping good staff is not easy so pay what they are worth.

Well Scampi. For the £90 you charged me for 2 ladies who did not pull anything out to clean behind, threw dirty water over the balcony and generally did not do a good job at all. I texted you to tell you I was unhappy with the job and you didn't even bother to reply. The only thing you was concerned about was getting your hair coloured ginger and having your nails done, which we probably paid for. I wonder if you will get away with ripping people off in Australia - I don't think so, do you?

We paid £125 for a builders clean for two bed apartment. Some quoted us £300 so I think £150 for a builders clean isnt that bad. There's a lot of work involved - scraping grout from tiles! If you think how may tiles new builds have these days that's quite a lot of scraping (time and effort as well).
