| We used to run with a couple up above Five Finger Mountain, we used to park up by the turn off at the top, run for about 1 hour and turn round. A bit cooler up there. Terry |

| LooseBoots have you tried running down to our end of town along the main road I am sure you will receive a great lot of encouragement from the driver..You could stop off at the local ''Park Cafe'' for further support and if you posted when your were do down should receive a great welcome too.For sponsors This was the park that the walkers stopped too. | Why don't you buy a pedometer then you can make up your own routes, there are some super routes around the mountains. |
