any ideas? someone told me its gone wild but it is not agressive. It has plenty of fruit, do I leave them for the birds and nature? or do I pick them ( if so when) and give them away or where can I take them to have my own olive oil?

Assuming you are here and notr in Somerset, and depending on where you live, there are small places around where you can get them pressed. I am sure someone on here may well do it, or you could ask someone like Maureen Hutchinson (although I believe she is not on island at the moment). do pick them if you want to use them, or let a local pick them if they want them. Don't let them go to waste.

so where are you? I know there is a place at Karaoglanogluy and I believe another at Karsiyaka and plenty more.

The locals come & pick ours & give us a couple of bottles of olive oil.

A local man comes and picks the olives from mine and my neighbours trees. The first year my negotiated reward was a proper pruning of the tree. Subsequent years I got a share of the finshed oil. However, my fruit is necessarily mixed with that from many trees because you need a fair amount before they run the press.
