Message 3, when did you renews yours please, we sent one of two weeks ago and have no idea of how we are going to be informed that it has arrived here, sent by the new method, personally I don't think we will receive it back, and then we have to go South Side to British High Commission to pick it up, apparently they don't deliver here, old passport returned from Madrid and new one from England, makes no sense at all, just costs us more money! Oh and the only advice from the High Commission in Nicosia is visit the web site!!!!

Hi Barb, we renewed ours in August. You should either get an email or a text to let you know that it has arrived in Lefcosia.
