Please supply more detail about exact area, local amenities and photos. Is a car essential? Is the pool shared? Is the rent inclusive of maintenance and local taxes with just water and electricity being an extra cost to the tenant?

Are you a lettings agent Judith? The property is a few minutes from the Riverside roundabout. A car is not essential, 10 minutes walk to the main road (Golden Lady statue) The pool is shared with the other semi-detached bungalow. Maintenance and local taxes are included. Electricity is metered. Small charge for water 20tl per month. Unfortunately my computer skills don't run to adding photos. I am not an estate agent but a UK citizen who, with her husband, would like to spend 12 months in Northern Cyprus as I retire at the end of Decembver 2011 and we like the culture of Northern Cyprus.

What length of tenancy? Are you acting for the owner? Who is the owner?

Fiesta - I am the owner and the length of tenancy is negotiable. However, I am hoping to let it before the end of December.

Gusanova - you would have to see the property and the setting to understand why the rent is set at £275 per calendar month. This is the price for all year round rental..... a lot of owners put their prices up considerably in the summer months.
