Due to relocating to Mexico 2 years ago, I have decided to put my land registered property # 9 Sevilla Villa Tatlisu for sale

situated on the foot hills of the mountains last property at the back of the estate with 5 x 10 pool needs pump filter to finish off plus other minor work this will obviously reflect on price sensible offers will be considered

Hi please can you let me have some details of the property and the current state of building? I was under the impression that the properties are still uninhabitable due to the mismanagement of the development company? Any info you can provide would be gratefully received!

We have been living in our villa for over 4 years.



There are some other full time occupants and most of the others are used at least some of the year as holiday homes.



When did you or your mother last visit the site ??



From our perspective, progress is slow, painfully so, but is being made.
