I know Evergreen group are supposedly linking up with RCI the timeshare people. May be worh enquiring with them

Most of the properties here are already on a timeshare. The rotation is roughly, Greek Cypriot - Turkish/Turkish Cypriot - British/Foreign - and finally again Greek Cypriot when there is a solution on the island

Timeshare does exist here contact Riverside they were doing a big hard sell not that long ago and it was not the Brits they were aiming it towards.

Why on earth would you want a timeshare? Just prebook any villa or apartment for the month of August

every year. The maintenance fee you would be charged annually on a time share, would pay for your

months stay, without the need to buy the timeshare itself.

Timeshare may be a good idea and very economical in a well regulated country but not in a country like Cyprus, north or south.
