I'd strongly suggest that you rent out your UK property and rent in North Cyprus.

I have a 3 bed villa in Bahceli £100,000 , vat paid Kocan in trust , so you can wait for your PTP knowing its a safe buy. you could rent before you buy .

surely you'de be better exchanging your uk cottage for a tin of boot polish ?? - that way you'd a) easily be able to re-sell it and b) wouldn't have all sorts of nonsense about who actually owns it....
