| See page one in todays paper. Clarifies the current situation regarding state hospitals, private labs, and costs. Panchocat was right all along, don't know where some of the others got their ideas from. |

| not sure how as Mrs Talat said the other clinics was UNDERCHARGING US, they seem to be happy with the money they was charging |

| Are we to suppose that this 'new' system will be properly staffed and managed both at the state hospitals and the nominated clinics - or can we expect the usual chaos? Just when the residency procedure seemed to be getting sensible and running ok. Remember when the 'blood relatives only' could be collected from the airport because of pressure from the taxi companies? Hare-brained or what? |
