Call center agents are expected to provide technical support for our customers over the phone. They are expected to find solutions for the various problems technical and otherwise that our customers may face. Below you will find the basic general requirements that a candidate will need to fulfill in order to be considered. The optional requirements remain optional but will increase a candidates chances of getting short listed and ultimately selected to fill the role of call center agent.



Requirements:



- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language

- Knowledge of computers and the internet

- Able to carry a conversation and support customers in order to resolve technical problems over the phone

- Network knowledge is an advantage.



Those candidates that have been short listed will need come to our head office in Nicosia for an interview. Note: 1 to 4 week training will given at our head office.
