Well done Landmark Estates....Platinum award for the Best estate Agent in North Cyprus 2011, presented at the NC Property awards.... Rocks Hotel 18th November.

Quite an achievment for an Independent family run company....Well done Sandra, Feridun and the Team. Keep up the good work.

Not wanting to poop anyone's party here, but ''Best estate agent in North Cyprus'' is a bit of a porky!



They have to PAY to be considered for any of these awards, so if only 3 estate agents paid to enter the contest, then landmark would have been voted best out of those 3 only!!!



Congrats for winning, but let's not get carried away here!

but if 30 entered they would be the best of 30....anyway I have used them and found Sandra excellent she was active throughout the process to ensure the sale progressed to completion.

I don't think that there was a bottom of the list.

I think that 3 paid to enter and the other 2 both got joint 'gold' award. There isn't even a silver or bronze lol!

I would reiterate that Sandra at Landmark was first class in the sale of my property and would use her again. I am not going to knock or name and shame anyone else but I had approached two well known local agents about buying a property and I was sure they were misleading me. Indeed one was advertising a development which had financial problems and the site I think was taken over by the Bankers. A further one North Cyprus International were also very good, not sure they are operating now though. Why are so many people negative perhaps the award OK it may have had few entries but full marks to Sandra...
