Caesar resort just bought the apartment

Hi everyone who had bought in Caesar resort. I just returned from North Cyprus, I bought one bedroom in Silvanus 2 days ago.

Many thanks to Roz an Jack. You are nice and friendly and with your help it was easier to make a choice, your project looks very impressive. And the weather is beautiful comparing to London. Thank you for showing me around Famagusta )

Some of us are already acquainted with a neighbour of yours called Mackaozy, but don't let that put you off.

Hi Olechka we just bought one bedroom in the same block(silvanus) .But iwe haven't seen the resort .Do you have any pictures from Resort? Do you know when silvanus will be ready?

Hi! I forgot my password so needed re register again. I have some picture from resort, but they are in my phone, I need to install blue tooth connection so I can send you picture later. But obviously all the latest pictures are on caesar resort website. It s quite nice area around. I think 1st phase ll be completed very shortly, some apartments as I had seen are completed already. What about Silvanius, it says in the contract between 18 and 24 months.

Hi! I still think it s good decision to buy now, because prices in Famagusta are considerably lower than the same in Kirenia. Because Famagusta area is not developed yet as Kirenia but ll be in the future. Many villas are beeing built around as well. I think it s good to go there on holiday and see everything by yourself ))

Looks like a sound investment to mr Olechka1.



Excellent location, and the construction company have a sound history. Don't be put off by other people who have had a negative experience.

Hi We also have bought at caesar resort no complaints whatsoever and have watched the site progress over the past 2 years .Visited 5 times met jack and family on a number of occasions totally committed people and very friendly,cant wait to get our keys in january.Looking forward to making many new friends.

Hi nanna we are over in January where are you staying, and which block have you bought in we are in cassius, i rang N Cyprus yester day and was told ours is not yet finnished till January, would be nice to meet up and have a drink we are there for 3 weeks

We have bought in cassius top floor 2 bed apt. Havn't heared anything off jack yet .We are flying on 21 Jan to 4th Feb and would love to meet up with anybody who is out there at that time. We will be staying at a friends villa in bogaz.

would love to meet up with you give us a ring while you are their, if you send me your email address i will give you our Tukcell number. while you are there you should buy a Turkcell sim card its the best thing to do so shops when you have ordered anything can contact you or other people out there its a lot cheaper. also we were told if you ring a land line in the U K its a lot cheaper. We are out on the 3rd of Jan for three weeks,
