| Neemy, Have you thought about giving it to an agent or agents to sell? if not im sure H&B estates will be happy to take it on they work with other local agents. |

| No thanks. We're just interested in selling it and will wait until we get a legitimate buyer. It's a resale property with title deeds and private pool all within 5 minute walking distance of the Abbey. Can't get better than that! |
