At last a chimney sweep on the island. Advertising in cyprus today.



I used the service yesterday and he was great. No mess great job. Highly recommended.

ha ha... the last chimney sweep we had wouldn't stop dancing... made a right mess and left with loads of his mates all singing away..... good luck did rub-off though... which was nice.

"The Darker Side of the Chimney Sweep" ,and I don't mean soot...In 1981 whilst refurbishing an early Victorian House, We (my company) were as part of the restoration, obliged to check the chimneys,as the new owner wanted to keep them "live".This involved removing the chimney breast on all four floors to inspect /correct etc..



At the confluence of the chimneys at the third floor we found ,on a ledge, Human remains..Later confirmed as that of an 8 to 10 year old male..The horror for me was that someone had sent the child up the chimney with a brush.The child had not returned,and presumably the "Master Sweep",had simply gone to the local "Work House and got another..

Even Father Christmas has been banned from going down chimneys....it's health and safety gone mad I tell you....
