Can anyone tell me if I can open a bank account in North Cyprus if I am not a resident or home owner.

I have sent a number of requests to Credit West via their web site but have never had a reply.

You have to have an address in Cyprus, if you are renting they will need to see a copy of your rental agreement.

Depends how much you're depositing. If it's a good sum you'll have no problem finding a bank manager who'll accept you even with a hotel address! It's their commission afterall.
