Do not trust the one above your head :-( If you have to trust any Estate Agent in the TRNC (said with tongue in cheek) I agree with gemini39 (mess 2) Ian Smith is probably your best bet (If your into a gamble) |

| Thank you for your attention and help and I understand that many people are wary about certain agents.
The apartment is not in Kyrenia but around 12km away.
I would prefer to use the professional services of an intermediary rather than try and transfer the property on a private basis.
Some one has also kindly recommended a Solicitor but I trust the one we used to purchase. |
