| i am very depressed and unhappy and need to do something with my life i would like to go to st andrews chruch but do not know where it is and would also like to try and do some voluntary work to help those in need and to help myself |

| If you want to talk to the Chaplain, then it could be better to phome him. (sorry don't have the number to hand), or you could go to church on the sunday at 10a.m. but if you want to do voluntary work there are several charities who might welcome your help as they try to help others. It is true that ins erving others you can find yourself, or as st.Francis said 'it is in giving that we receive;. ' But have a chat with the Chaplain and see what he suggests, or maybe you should have a chat with a doctor to see if he can give you any medicine to help lift you up a little so that you can see yourself and your life from a different angle.
