| If anyone has recently obtained their shared deeds can they please give me some idea of the time scale involved for them; i.e applying to receiving. Thanks. |

| 2-3 months following application and payment of taxes. |

| We applied and paid taxes in April 2011 got our Kocan 5th Jan |

| depends on your luck and how much work they got to do in the land registry and how many cups of coffee they will be drinking !1 took me 2 over a year to get it for a flat I purchased off Abaras. Also depends on the company you buying from whether they compete all the snagging for the final approval !! |
