multimax working great on laptop to bbc etc.need help making it work via wireless router to tv.

Router fine with laptop and settings on tv but cannot get to bbc or browser. also itv player says does not work on device. i am no tech wizard willing to pay for a visit to arapkoy for assistance.

My house also has motorized dish/ nilesat(not updated) and digiturk(main tv) with seperate dish. It would be great if they could all be accessible from smart tv in "Dummy"

Anyone out there available to help.
