While they are at these changes, also introduce fines of $10,000 plus confiscation of the vehicle for fly tipping, and fine anyone with rubbish outside their houses $1,000 too.

They money can subsidise the pensions black hole.

Oh, the irony that you should call AJ a Troll because when I check out the Devil's Dictionary for the definition of 'Troll' it says -'see philbailey'.....
