I have been looking too and the range is large. Some very nice properties to be had for £350 per month and some others which are much the same are asking around £500 to £650 per month. I guess it depends on what you are looking for . I would certainly shop around and bargain with the renter. I would think that paying up front would make a difference. It would to me anyway. Good luck with your search.

Guess nobody has anything other than apartments to rent any more!

Still looking at the Estate Agents, but rents seem to have gone very quickly.

i can maybe get you a 6 month ......around £400 per month 2 bed...1 en suite...pool... UK tv all mod cons fully furnished ..quiet location ...Ozankoy...walk to village 15 mins ...car 10 mins from Kyrenia...........i will have to contact onwers re their dates here ...or maybe they can re schedule?
