Go to the Curtain Shop, they do alterations etc..reasonable prices and quality service.

Er not in my case and I would never go to the Curtain Shop again. Mermaid Fabrics in Karakum are excellent though.

Opposite Fast Food in Alsancak is an upholsterer. He has just hemmed my friends curtains. Nice job and reasonable cost.

Hasan terzi as a work place opposite the betting office in lapta village, just up from the post office @reasonable prices.
