Hi Isset, regarding your 44best property list, very useful starting point for purchasers, but I would ask have you ever considered adding a column stating catagory of title deed as I feel it very good to see at glance this aspect and be able to compare what the developers are offering

Nevertheless, I don't believe the government or Turkish Cypriots should distinguish the title deeds. If we support TRNC, then all title deeds should ONLY be refered to as TRNC freehold title deeds and we should stop questioning who the land belonged before TRNC was established.



We are basically ruining our argument by questioning the title deeds.



That's my 2 cents..

I also agree with your sentiments, but I was purely thinking of the ease of making a comparison of the developers pricing as some charge a premium for pre74 title deeds. perhaps they should agree with us and drop the practice.
