Thanks Dizzycows, the email that you have given is the one that we have. Will have to give it another go.



Have to say Negative Nick that Steve sorted out our claim when our pool and pump room got flooded - and the service was far better than anything we have have experienced here in the UK - not that we are regular claimants! Personally we think that insurance companies are happy to take your money but don't like parting with it.

Negative Nick - why do you put stupid silly comments about people who you may not know personally like I do - I have had 2 claims in the past 2 years and its easier with Steve than any claims handler in the UK - if you read all the other positive comments on this thread AND UNDERSTAND THEM, then an apology is in order to Steve

If anyone has regular contact with Steve, please give him a nudge and ask him to check his emails, as not had a reply on one sent a fortnight ago.
