small blonde puppy turned up on my balcony this morning.she is about 14 weeks old, very friendly .Ozankoy area, no collar. hunting type dog, but very unusual colour.

yes they did ....poor thing must have been dumped..!no doubt they wanted the mother to have a litter ,as its cruel to nueter them! i hope she finds a nice home too?
