| This is brilliant!..... as long as you can actually get the vendor to transfer the title deeds! With no protection by the laws here we can't make them do it. So in reality probably only a select and lucky few will benefit from this. |

| Nick they've reduced the builder's Stopaj Tax from 6.25% to 4.25% so maybe there will be more builders willing to transfer now. Just hope the Land Registry can cope |
