Where they overpriced originally? think 120k and 80k repectively sound more like bargain prices.

I think you need to see where they are located.That is price on its own.Size of properties comes into it.For example kitchen is 6 x 4 m.Having title needs is another factor.The first property was valued by estate agents.But i agree the price was too high and even at 154,950 there is still room for further reduction ,but not that excessive.The second property is 3 years old,to drop to 80,000 is a giveaway not a bargin.Both properties have overflow pools.
