Bafra Public Beach

Beyond the cape, Bafra Public Beach is easy to reach via a good road, and the beach is currently as quiet as the remains of a half-built holiday village here. There is also a small but good restaurant open during the summer months. However, the peace and quiet may not last too long, as two major hotels are being built here.

Artemis Hotel Complex has opened in March 2007 in the area. It can be seen in the photograph of Bafra beach from air as well. The hotel complex has over 700 rooms and is the reconstruction of the Artemis Temple at Ephesus.
