I think the coats of arms are as follows - left to right:-

1 - House of Lusignan - posssibly Guy de Lusignan

2 - Kings of Jerusalem - possibly Godfrey of Bouillon

3 - Kings of Cyprus and Jerusalem - possibly Henry II of Jerusalem and Henry II of Cyprus - Henri de Lusignan

Ha! This time I have won - all answers in Quiz-7 are wrong. There has never been a King of Jerusalem, Cyprus AND Lesser Armenia (Cilicia, around now Mersin in now Turkey). The Kings of the Lusignan houses in Cyprus (the first and the second, when the male line in the first died out) have always remained claimants to the throne of Jerusalem, which was lost when Guy de Lusignan was dethroned (1188).

However there has been Kings of Lesser Armenia from the Cyprus Lusignan house. Here you see their shield: http://is.gd/8rpb3 (As Crusader princes in the Latin East, the Lusignans soon had connections with the Hethumid rulers of the Kingdom of Cilicia, which they inherited through marriage in the mid-14th century).

[ continued]

Now for the shields in the first post ( http://www.allcrusades.com/BB_pics/040.jpg ) - you can still see them in Bellapais Abbey at a white marble lintel above the main entrance; they bear the arms (left to right) of the Kings of Cyprus and Jerusalem, the Kings of Jerusalem and the House of Lusignan (originating in France, near Poitou, where they never were Kings).

(Previous) winners: Hatty: 2x , Clarissa2 1x, No1Doyen: 1x (thomarge: 1/3 pt).

By the way, in mesg 10: http://is.gd/8rpb3 : Arms of Cilicia under the Lusignans: note how they combined the arms of Cilicia (left in their shield and right in the graphic) under the Hethumids and those of Lusignan and Jerusalem.

RE msg 5, Hatty: (...) 2 - Kings of Jerusalem - possibly Godfrey of Bouillon (...)

=> Godfrey of Bouillon (medieval French: Godefroid de Bouillon, Duke of Lower Lorraine) never was King of Jerusalem. He only accepted the title "Protector of the Holy Sepulchre". His brother Baldwin (medieval French: Bauduin) succeeded him as ruler of Jerusalem and became the first King of the occupied territory, known as the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem.

This is the score after 7 quizzes: Winners: Hatty: 2x , Clarissa2 1x, No1Doyen: 1x - (thomarge: 1/3 pt). People, don't believe what Bill writes in the Quiz-threads - he's just a know-it-all moderator hence power-hungry.
