Information from Fullmarks



Fullmarks would like to reply to all allegations agains them.



There has been a court case between Fullmarks and Kensington whereby the court appointed an Expert to report what is owing to Fullmarks, both parties agreed to adhere to the Experts fndings. It was found that ONE MILLION FOURHUNDRED AND FORTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THREE POUNDS was owed to Fullmarks.



(Translation of the court findings will be posted within the next few days).



Re: workers.



As for the workers on site there are 90 workers on site in total, all these workers were previously employed by Fullmarks and the standard of workmanship was never an issue.



Hasip Izett , director of Fullmarks, will answer any questions directed to him on Cyprus 44.

It has only just been filed and could take anything from 18 months to 3 years .

Also this case has nothing to do with Kensington I repeat nothing to do with Kensington. ! It is against another company ! So please before you post , get your facts right.

Why can't people on this board actually post something with facts once in a while, if indeed it hasn't been settled then you've just put the wind up 125 owners on my forum, and I for one am sick to death of it.

Hi stu Can u please send me your email address so I can send you the expert report from the court it is 14 pages long so needs to be emailed and scanned. You can have it translated by your lawyers. Well I suggest you post them on this board so that we can all see the evidence .

If its in turkish or hindu someone will translate it for us .

Funny how you say its true but you admit that you do not read or understand Turkish . So my conclusion is that it is heresay at best and rumours at worst.

I havent seen this document but what I would suggest to you Cyprus girl is get your facts right !!!!



I know that there has not yet been a court case !

What you have is a claim from full marks/ report and not a binding writ

The reason I haven't is because no one on this forum wants to do it for me, and the cost for a translation from a solicitor is extortionate, even just 4 paragraphs.



As you obviously speak and write English and must read Turkish as you know what they say, then why can't you just answer the question for us.



Is this a binding legal judgement?



Is Tavor/KDG committed to paying this money?



Is day one of the court case next week, if its already been decided then why have a court case now?



Are you 100% definately sure this amount will HAVE to be honoured?

they have a copy but they have been very silent

ask them for translation

if i told you the contents you would want proof

get them to tell you and ask themwhy karpasi havent got there deeds

when it was parsalized 3 years ago

No ulterior motive , just curious , but if there is a Thalassa forum , why are you not discussing it on there ? , i would assume that most investors will have joined that forum , so you would be able to reach more investors that way .

Is thriving but what do we discuss, the only person who has a copy of the documents now is cyprusgirl and me, and they are being looked at free of charge. Sadly with all the hot air on this forum, not one person on here bothered to help us out with a quick translation/summary.



So I went to a Turkish forum and they were only too happy to help out, says alot about this forum to me in my humble opinion.

Turkish translation Cyprus girl says she had proof that fullmarks had won the court case involving Kensington developments. She also went into great detail of the amounts . I have said on here before and I will say it again it has nothing to do with KD .



These are spurilous accusations and serve no purpose whatsoever .

KD are one of the best developers on this Island and do not deserve to be dragged through the mud with these unfounded claims.



There is a claim from fullmarks . It has not been settled yet . When the claim is settled one way or the other then let these peeps comment.



I personally believe that there is a hidden agenda here, and Cyprus girl is mischieve making and firing bullets for someone else

I completely agree and having had 13 emails from Thalassa owners during the last week I will at the very least get the agreed translation and if it is so awful as Cyprusgirl suggests I'll send it to Tavor or whoever its aimed at and get an answer. Interestingly enough my contract is with Tavor not Kensington anyway so that would be relevant to me.



If its a hidden agenda spinning like a wheel I'll nip it in the bud asap so we can all sleep well at Thalassa.

Have these "documents" yet been translated as i shouldn't think a few pages would take that long and how and why did the dispute arise and end up having to go to court in the first place? 1.4 million pounds seems a heck of an amount to be outstanding even on a multi-million pound development, what on earth led to a sum such as that being owed? I just don't get it and i'm sure customers didn't expect to be having such a stressful time of things.
