A friend has asked me to post this as he has tried to join 44, but his email is not regonized. He is loking for a builder to do some work on a roof in Lapta. We have a large summer house in our garden which required re roofing. We were recommended a local tradesman by a member of this forum. I called the guy who speaks pefect English, he turned up on time, gave me a very good quote. He has just completed the job on time, on budget and used top quality materials. Hi



We have a metal carport which we had canvas threaded through but want to change the roofing to tile if we can. Can anyone recommend someone that does this. Our car port is metal and has metal beams across it. We would only want a slight slant on the roof as we are up in the mountains and would worry about the roof flying away!

thanks david is the bath still leaking and the terrace i said to you i will return when it dries out you are on a lapis site with every roof and terace leaking not only on your site but all i have bent over backwards having calls and you shouting at me eveything in your haouse and most of lapises sites are riddled with leaks and problems how many times have i been there when the bath was the problem trouble is mate you should be picking on lapis you were there when your roof was repaired last time and agreed all we can do is place heat on felt and before we finished you oked it i was waiting for things to dry but you just want to pick on sombody but are frightened to pick on lapis as you are trying to sell a property get the other leaks done then complain

thanks blackpool fan for standing my corner hope you are well you know my service is second to none take no notice this is a soory man that has been coned like many others buy lapis all there sites leak like sives and they try laying blame on anbody i have had this bloke shouting at me lots of friday nights what he does not relise is all the other leaks are contributing to these faults best regards to you kirk

Gates, You either fixed the roof or you didn't, you make a commitment to fix roof, you then fix it, if you don't, expect bad feedback, that's how the building trade works, estimates work the same way, give an estimate and the customer expects the bill to match it.
