Hi Smithy, I hope some of the poor people at Tatlisu, who bought Savilla homes sees this thread and posts. What a lucky escape we had. 4 years on and there are still no roads and the site still looks like a building site. The butlers wife

Sorry, typo .... Sevilla. On reading the thread, several different spellings are used: Savilla, Sevilla, Seville .. not sure if it is the same company. I have probably complicated the issue byintroducing a 'u'. Must proof read more carefully before I press the 'post reply' button.

If you are seeking information about this company then why not take a look at the Sevilla Villa show case in Tatlisu this is an ongoing project 2006 - 2010 YAVAS YAVAS ? Their intial intentions were vey good but then they delightfully discovered like several other builders that legal contracts are not legal in the TRNC and are now reffered to as a wish list, how nice is that ! and that the vedor and only the vendor is not legaly bound ,so what have they got loose, they are helping to ensure that the so called legal proffession are kept well oiled cashing in by representing those poor helpless victims giving them faulse hopes. We live and learn just ask those in the south we are not the only ones that are suffering. Hey it is a lovely sunny day agian !

proger1, I used NO KOCAN, NO MONEY! in 2002. Unbelievably because my TC builder told me not to start building until I'd got the title deeds with my name on them in my hands. Didn't stop them making other mistakes however but at least they could not blackmail me. I also know that anyone refusing to hand money over in exchange for that piece of worthless paper called a contract will be persuaded to pay because "we don't do it like that over here." Bit like the 94 year old woman conned out of £175,000 in the UK.

I have relatives who purchased on the sevilla site at Tatlisu. They signed a contract early 2006 still on builders electric no road and still no sign off completion. They get plenty of false promises which never materialise. They are still living in hope. If they could put the clock back they would not touch Sevilla with a barge pole. Anyone who decides to purchase off Sevilla armed with the knowledge that I have written deserve all they get. I can only say that my relatives wish that they could have had this knowledge prior to their purchase but sadly the way things are going they will be lucky if their grandchildren are around to see completion.

First of all; Savill Home and Sevilla Villas(or construction) are different companies. Second, you can read the postings of Sinan, owner of the company, ( for the negative comments made about the sevilla constuction above) in http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/19036.asp I think ,its not right to make negative commentsa and think prejudicely about a company, before you listen to the otherside...

It does not matter who you are buying from you have no protection whatsoever. They may be the nicest people in the world but if the person\company you buy the property from has any debts, then the person owed the money can place a memorandum on you home and (without you knowing) it could be auctioned from under your nose, and you will be made homeless. Best advise.......until there is a change in the law DO NOT BUY IN THE TRNC. Michael

Cherry it is easy for you to sit there and pass comment when you are not involved.Of course we are aware of Sinans previous comments and are fully upto date with all the promises that have not materialised in fact it is you who is who is commenting before listening to both sides. The company is Sevilla construction they have been paid all the money they are entiteled to and yet over 4 years later no completion what do you expect people to do just sit there and accept they may never have a completion without comment as it may upset the builder. Come into the real world.

why has the tatilus site not finished yet .hands up villa owners ,who still owes money on their properties. if sinan is a crook why has he let you moved into the villas. i as a bussiness person would not use my money to finish off your site, while you still owe me money. i take it butler you are only going on chinese whispers not true facts ,as to what is going on at this site
