I have to disagree. I find the regatta at escape an accident waiting to happen. Does somebody have to do die before we set any rules? The course was set for the optimist and the lasers yet nobody seemed to care for the safety of the children. Escape beach allowed jet skis, parasailers, yachts, windsurfers, swimmers and snorkelers to freely venture into the course. I watched a windsurfer literally crash into one of the lasers. It was ridiculous. This has got to be a joke. I was waiting for Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck to appear. You can't be serious about it being "fun" yesterday. Dear bookworm, I feel sorry for you if you think THAT was fun.

Oh bookworm, forgive me if you feel personally attacked! You do take lovely photos and I'm sorry for criticizing your opinion of fun. I pray it is a much more organized event next year.

I spotted some of the people -which are professionals- supervising and warning the people.There were enough buoys. Dinghy race is a new thing,here.But ı must say that ı am worried about the activities of the jet skis on the beach.

Great set of photo's and good to see so many sails in the sea. I presume different classes of race for the Dinghys.
