Well what can i say apart from a huge thankyou to everyone who donated presents Liz and Botanica for once again acting as drop off points for all the presents, Hans, Trixi, Liz and Carol for helping out and taking pictures on the day, Groucho for being Santa driver and of course our very own Santa.

The kids had a wonderful afternoon, it was nice to see some of our kids from last year and also some of the new kids that have recently been taken on by the project, their smiles do say it all but from the few parents that could speak a little english the thanks from them was genuine.

Heres to next year!!!!!!

Well teresa what can we say their little faces said it all, even though I not very good at turkisk a couple of kids managed to convet exactaly what they wanted, coupled with aiyleen translating for me, the gratitude from the parents was so very warm and heartlifting. The real star is you . Santa as always is so kind . It was a really remarkable day xxxx

Forgot to add that Groucho is a big star, he had to come from Esentepe to drive Santa to Lekosa from Lapta and back again. Shame that out of all the cars in the Lapta area no one could do it!

Chris you are so right Grouch and his lovely wife were real super stars. Santas little helpers. As far as i know we had no cars going to lapta, we were a s,all band of people. i came with trix no room in that car, carole from essentpe, Ali going to see his mum first so no one left to my knowledge. So Gavin very kindly did the return journey.We are so grateful xxxxxxx

A big well done to everyone that made this anual event possible, Teresa/Liz and others we know how hard you all worked to get this years donations in so to start the ball rolling we will pledge double what we gave this year for next years party.
