I can never work out when threads are posted whether they are genuine or someone is trying to knock another company because of personal interests. I always use Pacific now and always will do they have never let me down. Car Hire is very reasonable and taxis arranged are very very competative. The girls in the office are very efficient and I have no complaints. I guess that sometimes E Mails to and fro Cyprus to many firms can suffer and have with the power cuts we all experienced this a few weeks ago.

I booked with Pacific the other day (having previously received good service from them) and I had a reply within about 12 hours about my booking. It might have been less than that but I had booked in the evening in the UK. All my emails are answered very quickly and I have no complaints

We always use Pacific Car Hire for 5 years now, never let us down. come out even if our fligth land after midnight.

We always get the e-mail reply back in 2 days. Kim works in admin is very good, kind and helpful. We booked again and pick the car at Ercan in two weeks time.
